Galvanized square steel pipe is a square - sectioned steel pipe that has undergone a galvanizing treatment. Production Process
1. Base Pipe Manufacturing
Hot - rolled or cold - rolled steel strips are used to form a square - sectioned steel pipe through processes such as shaping and welding.
2. Galvanizing Treatment
Hot - dip Galvanizing: Immerse the square pipe in molten zinc liquid, so that the zinc layer adheres evenly to the surface.
Electro - galvanizing: Deposit a relatively thin layer of zinc on the surface of the square pipe through an electrolytic process.
3. Post - treatment
