Four. Construction process
1. Construction preparation
▲Construction site quality management should have corresponding construction technical standards, sound quality management system, construction quality control and quality inspection system. Before grouting, there should be a construction organization design or construction technical plan, which should be reviewed and approved. ▲Before grouting construction, mixer tools, grouting equipment, formwork and maintenance items should be prepared.
2. Mix
▲When the cement-based grout material is mixed, water should be added according to the water consumption required by the product. ▲Cement-based grout materials should be mechanically mixed. When mixing, it is advisable to add 2/3 of the water and mix for 3 minutes, then add the remaining water and mix until even. If the manufacturer has specific mixing requirements for the product, it should be mixed according to its requirements.
▲The mixing site should be close to the grout site.
3. Concrete structure transformation and reinforcement grouting
▲The concrete surface touched by cement-based grout materials should be fully chiseled. ▲ For repairing concrete structural defects, the loose concrete should be removed and the steel bar should be exposed, and the edge of the repair area should be cut into a vertical shape, and the depth should not be less than 20mm.▲ All gravel, dust or other debris should be removed before grouting, and the surface of the base concrete should be wetted. ▲ Pour the evenly mixed grout material into the template and tap the template appropriately. ▲When the thickness of the grout layer is greater than 150mm, relevant measures should be taken to prevent temperature cracks.
4. Winter construction
▲When the daily average temperature is lower than 5 °C, it should be constructed according to the winter period and meet the following requirements: ▲Before grouting, measures should be taken to preheat the foundation surface to keep its temperature above 10 °C and remove stagnant water; ▲ Warm water should be used to mix cement-based grout materials with warm water not exceeding 65 °C, and the mold temperature of the slurry should be above 10 °C; ▲Before freezing, the compressive strength of cement-based grout material shall not be less than 5MPa.
5. Curing at room temperature
▲ When grouting, the daily average temperature should not be lower than 5 °C, and the exposed part should be sprayed with curing agent or covered with plastic film in time after grouting, and covered with wet grass bags to keep it moist. When covered with plastic film, the exposed surface of the cement-based grout material should be tightly covered to keep condensate in the plastic film. When the surface of the grout is inconvenient for watering, the curing agent can be sprayed. ▲ The grout material should be kept in a wet state, and the curing time should not be less than 7 days. When fast-setting and fast-hard cementitious grout materials are used, the maintenance measures should be carried out according to the methods required by the product.
6. Construction and maintenance in winter
▲When the project has no special requirements for strength growth during winter construction, the exposed part should be covered with plastic film and covered with thermal insulation material in time after the grout is completed. The initial curing temperature should not be lower than 5 °C. ▲When the difference between the surface temperature of the cement-based grout material and the ambient temperature after mold is greater than 20 °C, the insulation material should be used to cover and cure. ▲If the ambient temperature is lower than the minimum construction temperature required by cement-based grout materials or it is necessary to accelerate the strength growth, artificial heating and curing can be used; Maintenance measures should comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Construction Regulations for Winter Construction of Construction Engineering" JGJ104.
Five. Packaging and storage
⊙ Packed in composite kraft paper bags, net weight 50kg/bag; Shelf life 6 months; It must be stored in a ventilated room, the packaging bag is sealed, and attention should be paid to moisture-proof. Antifreeze.
