Three. Scope of application
●Suitable for wire rope mesh-polymer mortar plus layer structural engineering reinforcement. ●It is suitable for all structures whose structure is easy to bend, especially suitable for the representative bending structure of civil engineering buildings, and the slabs and beams of reinforced concrete bridges. ●It is suitable for the cracked part of the central part of the pier and the shaft of the main tower and the cement pavement of the highway. It has the same system as the previous reinforced concrete structure. ●Seismic reinforcement and transformation of reinforced concrete beams, columns, slabs, walls and other structures. ●Surface repair works when defects such as honeycombs, holes, cracks, protective layer damage, leakage ribs and other defects occur in concrete. ●Thickening the protective layer, smoothing the uneven-convex surface, repairing the surface of old concrete, etc., to improve the durability of concrete.
Four. Construction process
●Base layer treatment: the surface of the base layer should be flat, rough, clean, no oil stain, no floating ash, and there should be no sanding, empty drums, cracks and other phenomena. Before construction, use a high-pressure water gun to rinse and keep it moist, but there must be no standing water. The interface bonding can be pre-coated with a high-strength polymer mortar interface treatment agent. ●High-strength polymer mortar is directly used with water, and after paving, it should be sprayed with water and smoothed once, and should not be repeatedly wiped. When there are bubbles, it should be punctured, and the surface should be dense. When the surface thickness of the fa?ade or top surface is greater than 10mm, it should be applied in layers. The thickness of each layer should be 5 ~ 10mm, and the lower layer can only be carried out when the previous layer is dry. ●Maintenance: After the construction of high-strength polymer mortar, spray curing should be carried out after the surface finger touch is dry or covered with straw curtains, sacks, etc. to keep it moist. The curing temperature is not lower than 5C. After 24 hours of high-strength polymer mortar construction, cover plastic sheeting moist and cured for 7 days, and water can be sprinkled on the surface regularly when conditions permit.
Five. Packaging and storage
Packing: 25kg/bag, shelf life: six months; Store in a ventilated room. After the expiration date, it should be re-inspected and qualified for use.
